If you are planning to share your property with family and friends or rental guests, or just to keep it for your own personal use on your visits to Spain, we are proud to offer a comprehensive choice of property management plans to suit your individual needs.
Keyholding
Our keyholding service provides you with a permanent presence on the ground here as your local representative.
We will be happy to deal with any requests you have in relation to your property beyond keyholding, such as providing access to your guests or for maintenance purposes, that are authorised by you.
In addition, we will make the occasional ‘drive-by’ of your property for a brief check of the exterior, and if anything needs attending to then we will advise you accordingly.
Property management
When unoccupied, your property will be checked by us on a weekly basis, each time on a different day, to ensure that everything is safe and secure.
All of the activities in our primary property management service are included within an annual management charge. Additional charges apply for other services such as gardening, pool maintenance and work on the general fabric of the property. Please ask for details.
Any minor repairs or renewals such as changing defective light bulbs or batteries will be undertaken while on site. In the event of a situation occurring that we feel needs your attention, we will notify you to request your authorisation to proceed.

This level features all the benefits of our primary property management package but includes an additional layer of service for your friends, family and rental guests using the property.
Our aim is to assist your rental guests with their accommodation arrangements through a seamless process from the point of enquiry to the point of their departure.
If you are letting your property for holiday rentals, we are here to support you and your guests throughout their stay.
If you are letting your property for guests on an extended stay or for long-term rentals, we will liaise with the tenants on a regular basis to ensure all is well, and attend to any irregularities promptly should they arise.
