NEW TOURIST REGULATIONS
Please be aware that the Valencian
Government has introduced a
maximum 10-day limit applicable
to holiday rentals in private rental
accommodation registered with
the Valencian Tourism Registry.
If you wish to stay for a holiday
longer than 10 days, please contact us
for more information.
Seasonal rentals (from 11 days to
11 months) are available at
some of our properties –
although the reason for the stay
must be “purpose specific”
and not for tourism.

information and we will try to
help you within the framework
of the new regulations.
