Availability and pricing
This apartment is available for seasonal rentals only (not holiday rentals), subject to availability, from November 2026 to April 2028.
Maximum of two guests (adults only). References may be requested. Minimum length of stay two months. Maximum length of stay eleven months.

Check-in and check-out times
Unless by prior arrangement, normal check-in time is from 16.00 hours with check-out time at 10.00 hours.
Smoking policy
Smoking and/or vaping is not allowed inside the property or anywhere outside within the property's boundary.
Community rules
If your property is part of a community you must agree to respect the rules of the community at all times. Particularly this applies to use of the pool area and other activities that may affect the enjoyment of other members – whether guests or residents – of the community.
Children and pet policies

Reservation-security deposit
Payment of a reservation deposit will be requested on your acceptance of the booking. This will be held as a security-damages deposit and returned to in full, subject to any deductions.
